The company Unilever Plc has announced on 4 November 2025 a spinoff of its ice-cream division under the name The Magnum Ice Cream Company NV. Shareholders of Unilever Plc shall be entitled to receive for every 5 Unilever Plc-shares held 1 share of the new company.

The spinoff will result in an adjustment of the above-mentioned contracts.

The Unilever–Magnum Ice Cream Company basket products (UNIB and UNEB) comprise of ISIN NL0015002MS2 for the Magnum Ice Cream Company as detailed in Circular 001.
The settlement of ISIN NL0015002MS2 will be settled in cash due to the security currently not being CCP-eligible.
An updated will be provided to reflect any changes to the settlement type of ISIN NL0015002MS2.
Due to no open interest in UNIP, ULRF and 1UNI, the underlying security ISIN of the product is changed to GB00BVZK7T90 with effect from 09-December-2025. These contracts continue to refer to Unilever Plc shares only. No successor contracts will be introduced.
