没有什么可以替代面对面的会议，尤其是在庆祝的时候。欧洲期货交易所(Eurex)与韩国交易所 (KRX) 之间的合作已经进入第 12 个年头，而这无疑就是一个值得庆祝的时刻。 KRX 首席执行官 Byungdoo Sohn、Eurex 首席执行官 Michael Peters 和 Eurex 执行董事会成员 Randolf Roth 在首尔首次会面，均对于能够亲自庆祝联合成功和合作感到高兴。
本次会面的重点是为了于 2010 年 8 月 30 日建立的 Eurex/KRX 链接。这合作的成功始于 Eurex 和 KRX 通过该链接提供 KOSPI 200 期权的亚洲时段盘后交易。 2015 年 4 月，欧洲期货交易所 KOSPI 衍生品交易量写下累计超过 1 亿张交易合约的里程碑。 2016年11月，Mini-KOSPI期货上线。而 2020 年是特殊的一年：欧洲期货交易所成为唯一一家在韩国交易时间后提供 KOSPI 衍生品的交易所。为进一步扩展合作伙伴交易所链接，更引入了每周 KOSPI 期权。新的每周期权是对常规 KOSPI 200 期权——世界上其中一种流动性最强的期权的补充。
「我们非常满意，多年来 Eurex/KRX Link 盘后交易量的增长满足了投资者的需求。」Byungdoo Sohn 说。
Michael Peters 补充说：「我们很高兴终于能够在首尔拜访我们的长期合作伙伴，以庆祝我们与 KRX 管理层和主要客户长达十多年的合作伙伴关系取得成功。他们使产品链接业务模型取得了前所未有的成果。」
这个合作案仍持续有新的斩获：2022 年前六个月，KOSPI 衍生品总交易量同比飙升 160%，接近 2000 万份合约。 Mini-KOSPI 期货交易量也持续增长，2022 年日均交易量超过 8700 份合约。 2022 年 KOSPI 200 期货整体发展良好。 2022 年 8 月当月日均交易量达到 12100 份，与 2021 年 8 月相比增加 88 %。夜盘交易占全天交易比率为 5.5%，为推出以来的最高水平。自推出以来的头六个月内交易了超过 570 万份 KOSPI 每周期权合约。 8 月，我们看到 KOSPI 每周期权的日均交易量增加了 390%，夜盘交易占比率为 9.9%。
最重要的是，基于两位首席执行官都希望进一步加强他们的战略伙伴关系，Eurex/KRX Link 将继续为市场参与者在两个交易所内，提供更多的交易和对冲机会。
