沒有什麼可以替代面對面的會議，尤其是在慶祝的時候。歐洲期貨交易所(Eurex)與韓國交易所 (KRX) 之間的合作已經進入第 12 個年頭，而這無疑就是一個值得慶祝的時刻。 KRX 首席執行官 Byungdoo Sohn、Eurex 首席執行官 Michael Peters 和 Eurex 執行董事會成員 Randolf Roth 在首爾首次會面，均對於能夠親自慶祝聯合成功和合作感到高興。
本次會面的重點是為了於 2010 年 8 月 30 日建立的 Eurex/KRX 鏈接。這合作的成功始於 Eurex 和 KRX 通過該鏈接提供 KOSPI 200 選擇權的亞洲時段盤後交易。 2015 年 4 月，歐洲期貨交易所 KOSPI 衍生品交易量寫下累計超過 1 億張交易合約的里程碑。 2016年11月，Mini-KOSPI期貨上線。而 2020 年是特殊的一年：歐洲期貨交易所成為唯一一家在韓國交易時間後提供 KOSPI 衍生品的交易所。為進一步擴展合作夥伴交易所鏈接，更引入了每週 KOSPI 期權。新的每週期權是對常規 KOSPI 200 選擇權——世界上其中一種流動性最強的期權的補充。
「我們非常滿意，多年來 Eurex/KRX Link 盤後交易量的增長滿足了投資者的需求。」Byungdoo Sohn 說。
Michael Peters 補充說：「我們很高興終於能夠在首爾拜訪我們的長期合作夥伴，以慶祝我們與 KRX 管理層和主要客戶長達十多年的合作夥伴關係取得成功。他們使產品鏈接業務模型取得了前所未有的成果。」
這個合作案仍持續有新的斬獲：2022 年前六個月，KOSPI 衍生品總交易量同比飆升 160%，接近 2000 萬份合約。 Mini-KOSPI 期貨交易量也持續增長，2022 年日均交易量超過 8700 份合約。 2022 年 KOSPI 200 期貨整體發展良好。 2022 年 8 月當月日均交易量達到 12100 份，與 2021 年 8 月相比增加 88 %。夜盤交易占全天交易比率為 5.5%，為推出以來的最高水平。自推出以來的頭六個月內交易了超過 570 萬份 KOSPI 每週選擇權合約。 8 月，我們看到 KOSPI 每週選擇權的日均交易量增加了 390%，夜盤交易占比率為 9.9%。
最重要的是，基於兩位首席執行官都希望進一步加強他們的戰略夥伴關係，Eurex/KRX Link 將繼續為市場參與者在兩個交易所內，提供更多的交易和對沖機會。
