1. Einführung

Bitte beachten Sie, dass die im folgenden genannten rechtsverbindlichen Eurex Repo-Dokumente angepasst wurden.

Wirksamkeitsdatum: 29. April 2024

2. Erforderliche Tätigkeiten

Eurex Repo-Teilnehmer müssen aufgrund der folgenden Änderungen in den angehängten rechtsverbindlichen Dokumenten ihre internen Betriebsabläufe überprüfen.

Einführung des GC Pooling Green Bond Baskets (Kapitel 3.2.6 und 3.3.1 Abs. 1)
Orderbuch für DC Marktteilnehmer (Kapitel 1.3.3, 1.3.4, 5.2.2)
Zuverlässigkeitsnachweis (Kapitel 2.1.2)
Sonderregelung Zuverlässigkeit für Supranationale Emittenten (Kapitel 2.1.2 Abs. 5 und 9)
Vereinheitlichung im Rahmen der Neustruktur der Teilnahmevoraussetzungen (Kapitel 2.1.2)
Redaktionelle Änderungen:
– Kapitel 1.3.5
– Kapitel 2.2 (3)
– Kapitel 2.4 (2) und 5.3
– Kapitel 3.2.1.1 Abs. 4
– Kapitel 3.5.1.1 (4)

B. Eurex Repo-Basketspezifikationen

Einführung des GC Pooling Green Bond Baskets (Kapitel 3.2.6)
Aufsplittung des Special Baskets nach ISIN-Präfixes (Kapitel 2.2.2)
Falsche Referenz/Bedingung (Kapitel 2.2.1)
Redaktionelle Änderungen:
– Kapitel 2.1.31 und 2.1.32
